Did you ever see a zucchini in your garden and decide to let it go one more day before picking? I did, and I think they double in size overnight! LOL - actually I left this one on the vine a few days - it's 2 paper towels long! - But delicious!
I've always heard the bigger they are the less taste they have, but I can't say that! It tasted just fine - and I just picked another one tonight that may be a little bigger even!
